| This Sunday, we will be Ordaining and Installing Elders and Deacons who have been called to serve Southminster Presbyterian Church. While this service usually happens in the Sanctuary with people laying hands on those being ordained, we will have to do things in a different way this year. It is a little sad that they can’t feel people’s hands on their shoulders, but you can help them to feel your presence and your support by joining us on the Zoom link, listed below, at 11:30 a.m., on Sunday as an extension of the worship service. It is pretty amazing that these members of our congregation have agreed to serve during the craziness of the pandemic. I hope you can be “virtually” present for this special time together. It probably will only take 10 or 15 minutes. |
