9:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Southminster Presbyterian Church
A half-day women’s retreat for the women of Southminster Presbyterian Church and friends who are seeking a reminder of God’s grace through connection, captivating speakers, and fellowship.
Grace is “the state of kindness and favor toward someone,” even if that someone is ourselves. As we navigate a changed and continually changing world we could all use some grace. Whether it is from God’s unchanging love, ourselves, or to and from our neighbors, there is no better time than now to focus our attention on God and our faith.
God made women special, and gave us unique gifts, especially when it comes to caring for others. This half-day retreat is intended to remind ourselves and our sisters in Christ of God’s grace. And for us to give grace to ourselves and those around us. It is a time for connection, to share our faith and life experiences with other women. And to refuel with God’s love so we can pour into others.
