Free Background Check

The Mentoring Collaborative of Montgomery County will again provide free background checks for anyone who will be involved with children and youth at Southminster. Screening will take place during the Family Barbecue on Sunday, August 27th. Please bring two forms of identification. Contact Kim Catchpole or Erin Dickerson with any questions.

The Impressionist Book Discussion

This class is a biblically based book discussion on the fiction novel The Impressionist. The authors, Tim Clinton and Max Davis, portray characters with real life internal battles that so many face on their way to becoming the masterpiece God intends them to be. This class will be an exploration of ways the church can be a safe healing place. Minimum sign-ups: 5.
