Web Site Update Procedures

The web site will be updated weekly with the current “This Week at Southminster” schedule.

All other changes will be implemented on a monthly basis, shortly after publication of “The Window” newsletter, targeted for the 15^th of each month.

Requests for changes should be e-mailed to webservant@sminster.com. Please include:

• The text and any files to be added to the web site
• The name of the page or pages where it is to be added
• The date when it should be removed (or updated), if applicable.

Any questions regarding the changes will be referred back to the individual, the web development team or the appropriate Southminster organization.

A major “makeover” (colors, fonts, navigation, etc.) to the web site will be planned annually. Changes will be discussed with the congregation and appropriate organizations before being finalized.
