Creation Museum Trip: On Saturday, May 17, the Men's Saturday Study Group is going to the Creation Museum and you are invited to come along. Details are:

• The museum is located just west of the Cincinnati International Airport
• Leave Church at 10:00 a.m. and return about 6:00 p.m.
• Transportation will be provided
• Eat an early lunch near the airport
• Only cost is meal and admission
  Adults (13-59) $19.95 and Seniors (60 and up) $14.95
• To reserve a seat, please call the church office at 433-1810 by Friday, May 9.

What is Stephen ministry? This is a system through which members of Southminster are trained and organized to help provide Christian care giving to people who are grieving, in crisis, or experiencing other stresses of life. This increases Southminster's caring ministry by providing a while team of skilled caregivers. Want to learn more? There will be a 1 hour informational program in the Library on May 18th during the education hour. Come and meet your Stephen Ministry Team and learn more about this wonderful ministry.

Habitat for Humanity:  The “Blitz” week for Habitat will be on Saturday, May 24 and runs through Friday, May 30.  This is the fourteenth year building with the Catholic Church.  The home will be a ranch style with four bedrooms and two baths on Lot 6, east side of Clement Street between Weaver Street and Hannibal Court.  There will be another date to volunteer on a Saturday possibly in June.  We will keep you posted on the date, but if you know now that you are interested in helping, and would like to know more, please call Jane Sheats.

On Wednesday, June 4, adults, youth and children are invited to spend a couple of hours touring and volunteering at Hannah's Treasure Chest. More information will follow, or contact Lisa Gaines.

Our Youth helped to raise $189 and a sack full of infant and children's clothing and toys for Hannah's Treasure chest at this years' Bingo Family Fun Night.
