Beginning Sunday, March 5 - 24 HOURS THAT CHANGED THE WORLD Steve Davis will facilitate this 7-week study beginning Sunday, March 5 at 8:45 am in the Hospitality Room. Sign-up in the Narthex or by calling the church office.

Sunday, April 2 - Church Tour Meet Marj Lawson at the Welcome Desk for this tour which will take about 45 minutes. Want to let her plan for you? Contact Marj.

Thursday, April 13 - Maundy Thursday Nut-free, light finger foods are needed for the Maundy Thursday carry-in. Table service provided. The meal start time is 6pm. Tenebrae service to follow meal.

Saturday and Sunday, April 29th and 30th - Parking Lot Build All ages may participate in this mission event to swing a hammer, serve food or offer support and prayer. On Friday (April 28) anyone over the age of 21 is invited to haul and cut lumber.Click here for more information.

Saturdays, 2/11, 3/4 and 4/1 - Godly Play Training Godly Play Training is coming to Southminster! Training will occur in three parts on February 11th, March 4th, and April 1st and is free to members of Southminster. If you are currently involved in Children and Worship or are interested in volunteering, please contact Erin for more details!


Beginning Sunday, March 5 - 24 HOURS THAT CHANGED THE WORLD Walk with Jesus on his final day. Sit beside him at the Last Supper. Pray with him in Gethsemane. Follow Him to the Cross. Experience the Resurrection. 24 Hours That Changed the World guides us step-by-step through the heartbreaking, inspiring journey from the Last Supper to the Cross to the Empty Tomb. Filmed on location in the Holy Land (and based on a book by best-selling author and Methodist Pastor Adam Hamilton), this gripping, video study allows you to experience and understand Jesus' suffering, death and resurrection in a way you never have before. Steve Davis will facilitate this 7-week study beginning Sunday, March 5 at 8:45 am in the Hospitality Room. All are invited! Please sign-up in the Narthex or by calling the church office.

As with previous builds, all ages may participate in this mission event on Saturday and Sunday (April 29 and 30) to swing a hammer, serve food or offer support and prayer. On Friday (April 28) anyone over the age of 21 is invited to haul and cut lumber.

So, you're not a candidate for host of "This Old House" . . . don't be discouraged. There are other ways to participate in this mission event other than cutting lumber and swinging a hammer. Can you serve food, offer prayer, etc.? We need you on April 29-30.
