(1) If the kitchen is used, any cookware, dishware and flatware required must be furnished by the applicant.

(2) Set-up, teardown and clean-up will be extra at the Custodial Service rate.

(3) Room must be returned to its original condition to avoid a Custodial Service (straight furniture, vacuum, remove trash).

· There is no fee for the use of the Sanctuary for approved worship related activities. There may be a fee for other uses.

· SPC will not be liable for any stolen or missing items claimed by those attending an event.

· Though there is no charge for the use of the Gary Haines Pavilion, to reserve it an application must be completed. There is a charge for use of the Gas-fired Grills. There will be a Custodial Service charge for clean-up, if required.

· There is no fee charged for rooms needed for regular meetings of youth groups B-3. If the use of other SPC facilities is requested the fees noted above will apply.

· If deemed appropriate, the Building and Grounds Committee may waive any fees that impose an unusual hardship on an individual or group.

· Donations will always be gratefully accepted, even if no fee is required.
